1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (d)(1) to discuss matters pertaining to pending litigation. Lane v. City of Sacramento, Sacramento County Superior Court No. 34-2018-00235362.

Redevelopment Agency

2. Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6 for a matter pertaining to negotiations with recognized bargaining units: Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency Employees Association, American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees. The purpose is to confer with the City's chief negotiators, La Shelle Dozier and James Shields.
