    thanks for the report. One area you did not cover is the use of the Community Centers as locations for community meetings. The fees you currently charge and the process for signing up to use the centers for public meetings is prohibitive for most community groups. The fees and insurance requirements are too high, and the lead time is way too long and unnecessary. This is a very important function of community centers and needs to be encouraged not discouraged. Please review the fees and the requirements in your process, and compare them to the library system which is much easier to access. It's an important way for the city to stay connected to its residents.
