I am writing with deep concerns about the proposed micro-community on El Centro Road and Arena Boulevard in District 1.
With the number of unanswered questions, I request that this micro-community at El Centro Road and Arena Boulevard be halted immediately.
I ask that the Mayor or City Manager immediately agendize the proposal by Councilmember Lisa Kaplan, Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes, and Councilmember Rick Jennnings and allow it to be heard by the full council. With two new council members, a new Mayor and a new City Manager, it is important to allow this proposal to be heard as soon as possible.
