    i expect the council will support this item and the laudable goals contained therein, especially i hope with respect to very low income sacramentans.
    both the council and those implementing this item should always remember our _real_ economic and _ecological_ context, which always and eventually supersedes any monetary policies.
    remember, mother nature always bats last.
