When I purchased a home in North Natomas in 2013 I knew I was doing so adjacent to the airport and the junction of two freeways. We are a logistics crossroads and it would be irresponisble to deny our broader community the opportunities created from this development. Sacramento is after all the crossroads of California and the west coast. It is our advantage.

I am supporting this development as a current resident of Natomas for 15 years and a Sacramento resident for 35years. This development will bring well need jobs to the area. It's a great location with access to the airport. Allowing items to be shipped in or out. While many will say it will cause more traffic. I believe it will cause less traffic. Many members of our community include my own family member travel a good 45mins to an hour for warehouse jobs like this development provides. Instead taking I5 to woodland to avoid the Davis traffic, to get to the bay area. They will be taking I5 and stopping in Natomas area to head to work. Shortening travel time for many and clearing up that traffic jam that's created between woodland and highway 99. Let's not forget about all the businesses in Natomas that closed there doors in the last several years. We need more businesses in Natomas. We need reasons why people stop in our community. We need more jobs to create a healthy economy in Natomas.
I am pleased to see the union construction trades in support of this development. Lets support the workers building these projects. Lets support smart growth in Natomas. Lets support this development.

I urge council support for this project. The development will be an economic catalyst for Natomas, and the Sacramento region bring both good construction and long-term jobs to the area. Local jobs for local folks will cut down on commutes and keeps money in our community.

Your support and YES vote would be greatly appreciated.

As a large industrial general contractor in the Northern California region (and a resident of Rocklin, CA), and located within 20 min of the Sacramento industrial market, this project is needed to take on the current and future demand of the region for large scale distribution. Sacramento is a key market for shipping and distribution due to its location directing shipments and storage of goods from the San Francisco Bay Area ports to locations up and down the West Coast and East to the other Western states' main population areas. Sacramento is a gateway to the North and South Central Valley of California, Oregon and up into Washington, as well as Reno, Salt Lake City and Denver. Each year, our staff meets with major brokerage clients and developers in the area to discuss the status of the market. Currently, the demand for large distribution is high, and the vacancy rate for Nor Cal is coming down from the past few years. However, that vacancy is not in newly constructed large distribution facilities, but rather in older generation buildings that do not meet the current requirements of the advancing design of distribution facilities. This project is located with immediate access to the West Coast population centers, population centers in Northern Nevada, Salt Lake City proper, and on into the Denver area. We fully support this project and look forward to City Council's approval to move forward with developing the site as soon as possible.

I am in support of this project as it make sense to have industrial projects around our ever expanding airport. The job opportunities form construction through tenants hiring will benefit the area. Thanks
