When does the public/pet owners take some responsibility. That is where the real problem starts. We will never get ahead of the pet population problem until pet owners are held responsible too. The public can’t always rely on assistance to spay/neuter and obtain vaccinations for their pets. When someone chooses to obtain a pet, there are responsibilities. Why do we blamed shelters and non-profits for not providing those services?
