I am opposed to this tower being in the middle of our neighborhood.
Even though there is no one “known” threat to our health, these have not been studied sufficiently and the majority of people look at that perceive them as being dangerous and that is why people do not want to rent or buy directly near a cell tower. The church will be profiting monthly from the lease for this tower while those of us close to the tower are going to have a decrease in our property value while still paying high property taxes.
This tower is too tall of a structure and will not match the look and feel of our neighborhood. The renderings do not accurately show how the tower will look from all angles. They are placed with large objects in the foreground which are less than half the height of the tower, so they’re using depth perception to trick you into thinking the tower is going to look small and blend in.
I will be approximately 100 yards from this tower and be staring at it from my backyard. Most neighbors I have spoken to that are in close proximity are not happy about this proposal.

My family strongly opposes this project. Construction of an 80 foot antenna (no matter how it is disguised) right next to residences is unacceptable, particularly if there is accompanying infrastructure that generates additional noise. This project is not compatible with a residential neighborhood. There are several City lots to the northeast (Department of Utilities site). Perhaps the project could be located on these lots. Then the City could benefit from the rent.

The tower should not be constructed in this or any residential area until further research reduces the level of anxiety and safety concerns this structure poses.

I strongly oppose the building of this tower. It would be very unfair to those living in the neighborhood. Not only with this lower the property values for people who assumed they were buying property in a neighborhood that would increase in value overtime, but there are potential health consequences. The city may end up with a class action lawsuit.

I oppose the proposed construction of an 80 foot tall structure in my neighborhood, that will not only negatively impact property values to our friends that live very close to the site, but could potentially negatively impact the physical health of those living in close proximity to it.

This type of structure brings property values down and emits harmful energy waves in a neighborhood full of young children and pregnant mothers. I oppose this.

I live directly behind the proposed construction site, if this tower is installed it will be exactly 50 feet from my bedroom door. Imagine looking out your back door and seeing an 80 foot tall metal monstrosity looming over your yard. Nothing like this should be allowed in urban neighborhoods not to mention it will be directly over a preschool play area. The site is over 2 acres in size if planning moves forward with this tower project please consider moving it to a less intrusive area of the property. Please be a responsible neighbor and do the right thing. Thank you

80 feet is too high for this project. Please keep to 35 feet. This is more in keeping with existing structures. Thank you.
