    I Request Sacramento City Council Meeting to add a agenda Item for the following three issues:
    About SPD provided forgery investigation report for the death of my father Woon Kwong On &
    City Manger and OPSA Director refused to investigate SPD &
    Ethics Commission refused to investigate City Manger and OPSA Director (violate ethic code)

    SPD gave me fake reports for my fathers' death in September 2023, I first asked Sac City Council for help in February 2024.
