My name is Louis Mirante and I live in D4. I comment to oppose the augmentation of this contract as someone who has signed and paid for similar contracts in the past. I don't what this is for and I am disastified with Opticos's recommendations and lack of consultation of people I know in Sacramento. I want to support Sacramento's staff, but I don't know why they need this help and a question I sent to Opticos went unanswered.
Implementing Council's direction does not require new listening sessions, modeling, or sophisticated technical assistance. It also does not require the absurdly low FARs, the 20th-century recommendation of a discretionary review process, nor a treatment of past policies of exclusion. It just requires that a few numbers in the existing policy be changed. I am happy to volunteer my services for this and save the City some money.
