Please consider reading the details of the first Public Comment (below) regarding the removal of the three large, healthy trees (two redwood and a larger, healthy cottonwood) in order to 'adjust' the alignment of the bike/walking trail.
Please remove Item 1 from the consent calendar. The alignment of the bike trail in two areas needs to be reconsidered in order to avoid three large trees. This is discussed in more detail in my comment to Item 1 below.

Please remove Tree Removal from Calendar. In fact, the entire Bike Trail should be eliminated and not built.
