Ssf has repeatedly proven that they don’t have a good neighbor policy in place. Go look at Alhambra and x miller park and others. And the ridiculous notion of self governance is telling the citizens that work and pay taxes they mean nothing!!

Hey we’re just going to govern ourselves too!
    Not pay taxes
    Commit crimes
    Not pay bills
And further ruin the once beautiful city

Governing themselves is essentially what got them into this mess,

Everyone hits hard times and it’s horrible. But what we do as humans to pick ourselves up is vastly of more importance

Let’s try some new programs with proven results as mentioned in the letters note Haven for Hope was mentioned as San Antonio success story

    Item F3
The city’s statement quoted below tends to contradict the evidence that housing first has a track record of being the most effective and cost-effective way to address mental health and addiction issues.

“While housing affordability and availability certainly are substantial contributing factors to generating an environment where the crisis of homelessness thrives, there are a
number of other environmental, structural, interpersonal, and behavioral factors such as
lack of adequate mental health care services which contribute equally and often more
    significantly to homelessness”

Item F4 raises the question of how effectively SSF is using federal and state monies to operate a Coordinated Access System. Would it be more effective with elected representatives on its board?
