I wanted to say thank you Council members and Ms. Dozier for all your hard work. Recently i have noticed that the customer service reps for the sec 8 have not been answering the lines. Also not to sure if any one has addressed the issue of the resident portal and the fact it is either been hacked or not letting residents in to the portal. This is a huge problem cause tenants cant request a call back nor submit very important docs like their recertifications. Those items are very important and have deadlines to be submitted. These past few months have made it difficult to do any of the above mentioned let alone to get anyone on the phone is extremely hard. I sat on the line on hold for more than 4.5 hours today last Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, just for the line to be disconnected after sitting on hold for so many hours. Please it would be helpful if this issue can be addressed as well as the portal. Thank you
