Dear Commissioners - I am again asking you to hold meetings in all 10 community plan areas, in addition to all 8 council districts. South Natomas is one community and community plan area that was split and added to 2 council districts in 2010. We are north of the American River, and the rest of the districts that we are in (3 and 4), are south of the river. If the meetings will be virtual it won't matter as much, but if it is in person, we ask that you hold the D3 and D4 meetings north of the river, or have a separate meeting for South Natomas. I am writing on behalf of the South Natomas Redistricting Ad-hoc Committee, a coalition of neighborhoods in 95833. We also ask that you revise your rules on public comment to allow speakers more than 2 minutes. Thank you.
