The lowest in come households are disproportionately disadvantaged. Sacramento county needs more affordable housing, we have lost so many. We all know cost of living is going up and wages are not. When covid hit us bad employment went down so why would we create a public health issue which will have many bad ramifications by creating more homeless. We shoukd move the cost on the developers who are in a better position. We can use some of the money from the covid federal relief fund. I need affordable housing more than ever for my family and for myself. i lived in my car for over 3 years. I'm going to Sac State and I pulled out loans to help me with rent.
