I would like to find out, and start the process of shutting down the 7-11 on the corner of 8th and J streets in downtown Sacramento. My partner resides on the 2nd floor of that building right above that location. He has lived there since April 2013. Since Covid took over all of our lives, bringing the revived downtown to a grinding halt, this location has become nothing but a continuous cycle of crime, homeless coming in and out at ALL hours of the night, and careless behavior from the management and current staff, finally, trash all over the sidewalk continuously (which they do NOTHING about.) They have signs posted "no loitering" all around they location (which they also do nothing about. They are not following health guidelines, they have been told numerous times about the mask mandate (which they do NOT follow.) I feel that this location has become a burden to this part of the downtown area. Thank you for your time and consideration
