    I would support these efforts however I think some emphasis should also be placed on the the adult community. As as army veteran with a PTSD(post traumatic stress order diagnosis over 70%) I think access to and seeking mental health treatment for all Sacramento Residents is very important, Mental Heath is a issue very near and dear to my heart actually. So I say bravo ( good job) by the council for even attempting to tackle an issue as complex an mental health is a very smart move.
