Plans show a wooden gate. There are many mentally disturbed homeless in the area who will remove the boards and use for firewood. Chain link fence will be cut thru and machinery possibly destroyed. There will be an opportunity for homeless to sleep and live between the business and the telecommunication facility. An iron slatted type gate would be more sensible. Property at 2730 Florin, behind Autozone, was damaged by the homeless where I needed to call police many times and the fire department to put out fires.
