    The Sacramento Regional Coalition to End Homelessness support this Homeless COVID-19 Emergency fund- and given the CDC's Guidance on Homeless Encampments that I sent you this am [monday 3/23/2020]- urge you to immediately use these funds to expand sanitation options for homeless people- including a mobile bathroom and shower program- and handwashing/sanitizing stations - as well as a moratorium on closing encampments.
