    Absolutely support formalizing Complete Streets Policy and getting Performance Measures on infrastructure and Vision Zero data on crashes and fatalities. Please add a Performance Measure to get actual counts of number of bicyclists at key intersections to document the trends on how many people are actually using bicycles for their transportation to work and school.
