SRCEH supports the five point plan- assuming that the Meadowview site will not be "re-litigated" and is a priority for operational funding - designed for homeless women--- also- no explanation for the "campus community expansion"--- this item should be vetted at a future council meeting before allocating state funding--- finally- given that this winter there was no plan for winter shelter- there should be funds set aside for a cold/wet weather shelter NOW so that people experiencing homelessness do not have to endure the cold and rain that they did this winter-- Bob Erlenbusch, Executive Dir., SRCEH
