Please see our letter emailed to the Council this afternoon which highlights additional changes needed to reduce fees, add an appeals process, and strengthen the affordability requirements. We appreciate the leadership demonstrated by the City and SHRA and the changes made by SHRA thus far. With the additional revisions described in our letter, we are confident the Guidelines will be an effective tool to promote needed affordable housing in the City in an efficient and cost effective manner.
