Councilmembers,
While I see no reason to object to the proposed projects I find myself forced to object to the approval of the plans included with this item.
It seems clear that the location of the Robla Community Park may be in question. Sheet L1 of the Construction Plans (page 72 of the City Council Report pdf for this item) for Robla Community Park clearly indicates on the Vicinity Map that the Project Site is located between Arden Way and El Camino Avenue and East of Del Paso Blvd./Marysville Blvd.
The Location Map clearly indicates a rectangle shown above Bell Ave. The Location Map contains no other information.
I would suggest the authors of this document make some attempt to clarify the location of this project before these plans are approved.
