Regarding allowing the proposed use of Manufacturing, service, and repair without a special permit. What businesses would be allowed? I am totally opposed to a business such as manufacturing of any gas such as propane and or any product similar to that. I also oppose the storage of those type of gases.
I lived on Kathleen Ave 95815 in 2003 when Airgas manufacturing and storage has an explosion and fire. As then VC of the Hagginwood Community Association we lobbied for the business to move to somewhere there was a square mile perimeter around the business because they grew too large for the space they occupied on Kathleen Ave Half the property is still zoned for storage of those types of gasses. No special permit required.
