As a resident of Wood Lake I urge you to not allow the self storage project to move into our neighborhood

Every project does make a difference. These fellows chopped down our trees with zero notice and now have 4 parcels to develop in OUR district. Even though this area is d3 - we all know this was gerrymandered out of D2 and Woodlake. Heck- see the sign on the property that says future home of......www.woodlake.
The big picture for that area is currently Costco and medical. We need services like dog boarding, teen fun center, restaurants etc and NOT storage. We have storage two blocks away! This is the entrance to the area off of 160. This is what we drive by every day to go home. Storage is the best they can do for a corner lot on a very high high traffic area? We deserve thoughtful projects just like Natomas, Oak Park, Broadway and the River district. WHEN IS THE LAST TIME NORTH SAC GOT A THOUGHTFUL PROJECT? 57 Marijuana cultivators and a homeless shelter does not count!
