I would like to see more punitive actions for violent crimes & especially if person has a disability as I have a known P.T.Stress.D./Anxiety condition & at the time of a crime I will use for example of myself recovering from a fractured foot. I had to make a statement to court on my behalf to obtain a CPO and he has a violent record to a "no contest" (guilty) but there was no probation or like for such crime with a lot of given laws & evidence I stated to the representatives for myself of counsel.
Also, items for slander to be treated as more offensive criminal acts as there has been a lot of such on other more personal matters that another court after I appeared and stated my defense, did not recognize the other party's claim & did drop the case when there was also formal report made as well for SacPD 2017-1804613 & other law agencies but makes this & like matters more difficult to be socially active in the community.Persons even being on a listing with NCRIC to my knowledge as well.
