In the past in personal legal matters w the library's I found that there was a lack of conscious spending to an outlook, I witnessed party's (putting it modestly) & even use of the facility's that would make any person with any legal knowledge cringe or be in awe at them further being liable for such actions.My point is that I believe funds should be put to further training of the staff & the root of the prob. if funds should be spent at all. I was involved in a point of a protest in the past to which high-level official's of the lib. conceded out of court to some extent & I legally shown many faults & could display even lack consid./knowledge of persons w disabilities as my P.T.Stress.D./Anxiety,there were items that I after such filed showed even on statute of limitations to breach of contracts & fraud w even formal SacPD report # 2015-1803355 as well-to all that could have been avoided if staff were given guidelines & more structure still awaiting answer in court on further outcome.
