Hello Councilmembers, If possible before tonight's meeting I think it would be helpful to watch on the Cities archived site the Nov 09-2010 item 16 meeting noting Michelle Heppner presentation defining the ordinance in detail. Combined with the audit results I think this will help support why I would like to request a new public commission be established for oversight on the cannabis related issues. Transparency and public trust has been compromised but I believe the City is working hard to establish a legitimate valid new industry that the city can be proud of.
