    This item should NOT be voted on tonight.

    The proposal was only made available YESTERDAY evening. This is not enough time for nearby residents and neighborhoods to review it.

    I am very disappointed at the lack of citizen input this proposal has. There has been zero consultation with nearby neighborhood associations.

    Community members should have the opportunity to review this proposal before it is voted upon.

    PLEASE do not vote on this tonight.
