    Yesterday my neighbors across the street were on the way to Target Natomas,when I noticed one of there pets barking from the front door.The dead bolt way stopping the door from closing.So I messaged them quickly and one of the dogs went missing We looked for about 15 minutes,and luckily a person found him and dropped him off at Strapping store and phoned them via tags.
